We offer customers a quick and happy shopping. International shipping will be handled by Express Mail Service (EMS), DHL, or TNT. Shipping costs and delivery time vary by destination, and shipping carrier you would like to take.
For orders more than 1 pair, discount will be offered.
Normally your order will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after we receive your payment and confirm your shipping address. All packages need to be signed up

Return
We only accept below 3 reasons for returns.
1. Wrong Size
2. Wrong items shipped
3. Defective items
Once you receive wrong items or defective items, please notify us within 1-2 day of receipt the products to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
All returns must be authorized
To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service to obtain a return authorization information. All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
All original tags must still be attached. If you return items without authorization, then we will refuse acceptance or non-refundable.
* Physical damage to a product caused by the user doesn't apply to this policy.
Friendly notice: Ship back by best way so that we could get it more quickly and then solve it ASAP.
Order Cancellation:
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order is dispatched. In order to satisfy your shopping experience, your order will be despatched as soon as possible. So cancelling an order after the parcel is sent will not be allowed.
Friendly Notice:
We do not cover the shipping cost of return & exchange, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Our online store reserves the right to inspect returned items to determine if the product has been worn, used or altered. If returned footwear is not in resellable condition, a shipping fee will be charged to customer credit card and footwear will be returned to customer. Purchaser pay shipping charges to return products to us and a shipping charge will be added to all exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the credit card on file immediately upon arrival of returned item.
